Payment
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Paypal who are a secure third-party payment service provider. We do not hold credit card numbers on the web sever or on our own computers.
No contract is formed until the order is accepted by Wholesale Fireworks and confirmation sent to the customer. The automated email acknowledgement does not mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance is advised when Wholesale Fireworks send a receipt.
Price
All prices are shown inclusive of 17.5% VAT.
We reserve the right at any time to change the price due to increasing currency exchange rates, changes in and unforseen regulations or unexpected cost increases in the finished product.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of your fireworks usually takes 2 - 3 days so please order in plenty of time. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, delivery will usually take place 2 - 3 days after. If you have any special delivery requirements i.e next day delivery, then please call us on 01792 791223 or email
- We will deliver free in Swansea area for orders £50 and over
- We will deliver free to Neath, Port Talbot and Llanelli for orders £100 and over
- Outside the above free delivery on all orders over £200
- Standard delivery charge £15 to £35 dependent on weight

Deliveries can only be made to the areas above. Please check before placing an order that you are able to collect in person if outside our delivery areas.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Due to regulations on the transportation of hazardous goods You must be available to take delivery on the day which has been arranged. No goods will be left with a third party or with a person not old enough. We will charge £12 for re-delivery if we have to arranged another day and time. Re-delivery will only be made once payment has been received.
Unfortunately, fireworks cannot be left without a signature, A signature will be required upon delivery.
All goods must be paid for before delivery or collection. Goods to be collected require a payment in full on order.
Wholesale Fireworks are only able to deal with mainland UK customers. All sales are governed by UK law and the language used in any communications shall be English. The goods remain the property of Wholesale Fireworks until paid for in full.
Descriptions
All the fireworks are described to the best of our knowledge, Pack contents may vary subject to availability, however please read safety instructions and descriptions carefully before attempting to light any fireworks.
All spectators must stand a distance of at least 25 mtrs away.
All kits are supplied with safety instructions. Please ensure all safety requirements are adhered to.
British Standards
All our firework products conform to BRITISH STANDARD BS 7114, Part 2; 1988 or EN14035 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.
Age
Fireworks will not be supplied to any person under the age of 18 years. Purchasing Fireworks from this site means that you have confirmed you are over 18.
It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18.
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
Product Availability
We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens and no similar alternative is available we will contact you. We do reserve the right to substitute products in selection / display packs for alternatives of the same or higher value.
Returns
Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, here are the details.
If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected. If you decide that you no longer want the items, you must contact us within seven days of delivery. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect the items from you. (It is illegal to send the items through the postal service or an unlicensed courier) The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods and will be minus any delivery and collection fees.
When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply. we will accept cancellation of your order as long as it is made in writing within seven days of delivery. We will then contact you to arrange for collection of the items by our specialist courier. Items must be unopened.
Opening the package/s indicates your acceptance of the goods. A fee will be charged equal to the cost of collection and return to ourselves.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
